"Room was dirty, stains on the bed, poo stains on the bathroom wall. What looked like blood near the window. Found a dirty pair of socks in the wardrobe. The man in reception was rude when checking myself and my partner in. Will not be coming back!"
"Check in was difficult as flat was not ready for the time we was advised we could check in from, difficult to get hold of anyone to find out what was going on and check in was delayed for over an hour. Once we checked in the property was ok, clean enough but property definitely needs some maintenance to improve, lock on door was not very secure, shower door handle broken, Lino in kitchen had holes in, kitchen table was wobbly due to unsteady leg, no tvs worked. However the staff we did speak to...
"The owner was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. There was a good choice of food for the continental breakfast. The hotel is ideally positioned and you reach the seafront after a five minute walk."

Staff were wonderful making sure everything was okay at all times, WhatsApp number posted onto the check in desk if we need anything but can’t find anyone.
We were given the choice as to whether we wanted the room left alone, or tidied.
Hotel is Close to the town centre- lovely walk to Skegness pleasure beach, as well as fairydell (highly recommend if you have children under 12!!)

"Comfy beds. Otherwise, quite run down. Does have an almost pleasant vintage charm to it, mid-century looking fixtures in some places. Like being in Fawlty Towers, except there are no staff, and you're not quite sure if you might get murdered. Good value for money 4/5"
"What an apartment! I was so worried about coming here! My husband was admitted to hospital while on holiday and this was the only affordable place I could find, I thought for the price it would be a dump but how shocked was I? It was amazing, so clean and so big. It is located right in the centre and surrounded by shops and cafes. We’ve had the best stay in the worst circumstances and I would 100% recommend! Me and my son felt safe due to the locked gate then locked outside door!"
