"You get what you pay for😛 Front door likely swells in the heat and sticks to the trim. Door knob to bathroom about to fall apart. Extremely tight parking. Our room didn't have a parking spot, as picnic tables were housed there. We used the spot for next door, and fortunately no one stayed there that night. Otherwise, it's a good location off the road to rest our heads before the final push to get home. Budget friendly accommodation. Cute town, nice people."

"Our room was the smallest room we've ever stayed in (in North America). Very, very basic - just a bed, a tiny table/counter and one chair. There was a small fridge and TV, but no kettle or coffee maker. Bathroom was roomy though. Everything was very clean and overnight was very quiet. The bed, blankets and pillows were satisfactory. Breakfast off-site was good! You can choose one of three options from the $5 menu or choose anything from the regular breakfast menu and take $5 off. We chose the...

"Love having a fridge with a freezer compartment as we had ice-packs we needed to refreeze. Got the Hot Springs tickets from them which saved us the cost of hiring a towel at the Hot Springs. For the price the amenities supplied was better than fancier hotels, shampoo plus conditioner, tea bags etc. I think small operator are so much better in terms of value.
