"Overall, I’d give this Hampton Inn a 5/10. It’s not a terrible hotel, but it’s definitely showing its age and could use some attention. The biggest issue by far was the room. As soon as we walked in, it had a very strong musty odor that smelled like mold or wet carpet. It never went away during our stay, and it made the room feel dirty even though it appeared to be reasonably clean. The hotel also seems overdue for a remodel. "I could not understand the staff's heavy accents. The room made my allergies flare up, so I booked a better room left the following morning. Plus some assistant manager just walked in on me when I was naked. The worst experience ever in a hotel that I can recall. It's hard to trust those who don't take much effort to learn how to communicate. Give me a break."
