When I booked the hotel it says that it has a pool and hot tub. I chose this location for my kids to have fun and swim. When we arrived there was no hot tub and a quarter of the pools ceiling was falling down. It was open but not at all safe to let the kids swim. The kids and I were very disappointed.

This hotel, located in the middle of nowhere, is an example of a hotel where everything is as good as can be. The place is so clean, everything works. The Room is quiet. The staff is cheerful and helpful.

This was the cleanest hotel I have been in. Everything in the room was very clean. The staff were friendly, and very helpful. We definitely plan to stay there again. We asked for handicapped room, and the shower was very safe which meant a lot to my husband and me.

This was a nice stay. The bed was comfortable and all the staff were very nice. Our bathroom could've been cleaned a little better, but overall it was good. Delicious, hot breakfast. We'd stay there again.

This is a very nice facility but not close to anything which is fine for me but others may not like it. There are many things not far away, just not next door. The staff was awesome and the room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

We stayed for 4 days and it was great! Quiet, great parking, complimentary breakfast was good every day and tasted fresh! The only thing we didn’t like that our trash was never taken out and we had to call and ask multiple times for more towels and toilet paper. But overall 8 out of 10!!! I will definitely stay there again

Staff were very nice and pleasant, room was clean, facilities seemed nice. Room cleaning was never done though, and the walls are a little thin. You're going to have to drive a bit to get food, but it's a nice place to stay if it's close to where you need to be.

Great but…

The hotel was super nice. The biggest complaint I have is the fact that an indoor pool is advertised but not able to use when we stayed. Had two very unhappy “tweens”. Planned our trip and timing based on swim time. Will definitely call from now on. Second hotel stay in less than a year that we have been disappointed by not having a pool for entertainment for the grandkids

No staff for ten minutes upon arrival. Very quiet at 8pm. Toilet seat very loose but toilet had been cleaned. Someone is not paying attention. That was a turn off. Bed very comfortable. Pros and cons, have stayed there 3 times prior. Gym small but clean. Nice little indoor pool and larger outdoor pool.
