"Our toilet was clogged when we got to the room. First person to use it, it almost overflowed. Was told there was no one there to unclog it and was given a plunger to do it ourselves, which didn’t work because the plunger had a hole in it. We eventually moved rooms. Not something you want/should have to do after traveling and arriving later at night. There is also a park attached to the hotel where the homeless hang out. Not an area you want to walk around especially if you have kids"
