"There was NO front counter staff.You had to check in using a Kiosk. I tried to check in at 2:45pm and the lady in the Kiosk told me that she couldn't check me in until after 3:00pm. Yes I know the check in is at 3:00pm but what is 15 mins. If there was a front desk person I am sure I would have been help better.Also the next morning I tried to use the Iron in my room but it was broken. So I went down to the front desk to ask for another Iron but the person in the Kiosk told me that it would be...
