"We enjoyed our stay but there were a couple things I thought could be better. Our room had a strange musty smell to it. I tried to make coffee and realized that the coffee pot was cracked. Luckily, they have tea packets in the rooms so I had that instead. I wanted a Mountain View room but my balcony view was the back of the large kids slide instead with fencing. "Great location. Pools and beach access were awesome. Staff at hotel are all very friendly. Staff at Grill not so much. Glad I stayed/visited but would not go back. Hotel was not clean enough for my liking. Felt dirty and even after the rooms were cleaned it was still dirty (and stained)."

"Everything about the place was fantastic. I am only bummed that I never got to use the hot tub. I am Autistic so it is difficult to relax in large crowds, hot tub was always busy with children (yikes), but it'sso difficult. Not the hotels fault, loved my room and the location. It was just Memorial weekend and we'll obviously more busy. You try your best to get time off without it costing you too much. Anyways, loved the hotel, it was a great sensory room.😊🖖"

"Package we purchased: Cabana with Beach Club was totally misrepresented. From Check-In throughout our stay, staff were very nice however untrained on the amenities included in our package. Wrong description of room ( not on the sand, no view, public walkway in front of the room. Ocean water toxic, can’t swim or touch water, sand as well. Serious consequences if used. Never told this was the case by the Hotel! Room only cleaned once in 4 days, when we called! Parking permit never issued. Manager...
