"Property was in ok conditions, or room had garbage from i dont know when. When i turned on shower faucet the water came out light brown then turned clear. While we were spending time in pool, there was a group of girls blow drying and straightening their hair outside office. Then there were others smoking weed by pool, that ended our pool time short. Staff was very friendly but i definitely think there should be safer guidelines the staff follows."

"Absolutely loved that they provided EV parking and chargers. My only complaint was parking. It seemed that the parking was more full for those who’re staying at the facility. Other than that the room was great. "

"I had a great stay, and staff was amazing except that the day after I left O got a final bill with an extra charge that did not belong. I was charged 2 of my children, even though I called the day before to confirm there would be no extra fee for them (since they are under the age of free guests). Manager confirmed no extra fee, but apparently left a note for it to be charged. I have been trying to contact her for over 2 weeks now, and she will not return my calls to resolve this issue. "

"Overall we had okay experience. The couple of reasons are: the TVs were old and the channels were not working properly due to the remote not working and it did not have any apps like netflix. During our stay, the staff also accidentally gave our key to new arrivals and they opened the door but thankfully our door was locked so the staff was able to give us a new key but it was not professional and it was uncomfortable.
