"This place was great and the staff was very helpful. The only problem I had was when I tried to call to retrieve a forgotten item, I had to deal with an AI customer service rep who then gave me a number for the actual inn. Then nobody answered the phone. I wish it wasn't so difficult to talk to a real human!"
