"The overall experience was great. The only issue we had was the commode wasn’t completely flushing. We had to tell the front desk several times that commode wasn’t working after maintenance had supposedly fix it. He finally fixed it on the third attempt. "

The team searched all over well past check out after our room was cleabed to find the tattered stuffed toy I have left that helps me sleep. I am forever grateful for their compassion. "

"The hotel staff is warm and friendly. The neighborhood is very charming and cool and also walkable, I chose the smallest room with a twin bed. It was very clean and cozy and I had a great night. I enjoyed the view from the bedroom windows (6th floor). I could see the two intersecting streets, the old buildings, some of their roofs and beautiful street art. "

"Shower didn't work. TV didn't work. Floor was dirty. No comforter on bed. Overall very grungy. It was cheap though "

"Liked pet friendliness, comfy bed and good breakfast, very clean, good lighting. However, In-room coffee pot placed a little too high for many people to use. Also, there was issue with TV related to reserving thru Expedia, and big issue with getting wifi, finally resolved by calling third party IT support agency."
