"Room was gross. Dirty mop pieces or something on the floor. Room smelled like stale cigarettes. Bed was lumpy and smelly. Painted like a child’s finger painting project. Staff were helpful and nice the only redeeming quality at all. Property was just gross. Avoid if possible."

"It Smells really bad at the property the rooms are filthy and everything is charged nothing is included The hotel photo that we see at the Expedia are completely different from the actual picture of the room and hotel"

"I have stayed here several times. Yes, the property is older and is two buildings "made into one", but the rooms are mostly good-sized and well maintained. The absence of an in-room fridge is noted, but that's really of minor concern. The hotel is conveniently located near a bevy of restaurants and shopping and is only a short walk from the Grand Avenue Red-Line CTA station."

"It was a beautiful place to stay and plenty of eating options around. Definitely would stay here again!"
