"super convenient and easy"

"When we arrived to the address given to me in Expedia I called the phone number to ask how to check in. Dan said I was at the wrong location and was rude and vague about helping me confirm the room address. After discussing the issue he went ahead and changed my room to the location we were at. Also I felt that the bed linens did not smell recently washed. There were no paper towels in bathroom or kitchen, just one hand towel in the bathroom which seemed unsanitary for numerous guests."

"Room was clean. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Bummed to see there was only one set of towels allocated for us. Location was great."

"!"

"The rooms are not big or super nice—think slightly larger dorm room with an en suite bathroom. You can clearly hear every sound on the street, including an average volume conversation from across the street, and plenty of sounds from individuals in other units. The room was super clean, so kudos to the cleaning crew. The plus is the location. So if you want to have easy access to the city and just a place to sleep, this is the place for you."

"A nice place in a nice area but a bit overpriced."

"The property was in a good location and was clean. The code for the door didn’t work and I had to call for them to change it. The toilet wouldn’t flush, the lights would not come on but the ceiling fan wouldn’t turn off. It was freezing in there when I arrived and there were signs not to turn on the heat or the ac no matter how tempting but the ac was clearly on when I arrived. The towels were thin and tiny, it took a really long time for the water to get hot and it barely came out for a shower....

"This was the first time staying in a Homestay accomodations. I was skeptical about the shared bathroom, but the bathroom was close to my room and it was always available when I needed to use it. I liked that it was in a safe neighborhood and within walking distance to the South Bay Center. The place is kept very clean. Breakfast to go was a plus. Overall I was happy with my stay."

"We loved the location and the host was amazing. We only wish the sidewalk construction wasn’t going on because it obstructed part of the beautiful view."

"Kasa's automated system worked well -- we got our codes at 3:50pm, which let us open the external door as well as our room. The area was spacious and clean. Our only confusion was a text that said, "Remember, we don't have anywhere to leave your luggage on the morning of your check-out." Further reading revealed an easy 2-minute walk to a luggage storage facility, but we were worried for 10 minutes in between. Other than that, many thumbs up!"
