Very clean, however I would hope they replace the carpets at least in my third-floor room not that it was bad, just so old. Staff couldn't warmer and nicer. Super clean! "We were in the area visiting relatives and needed somewhere to stay the night which was reasonably priced, although it wasn't particularly cheap, it was convenient and clean, and the chap in reception was very friendly and went out of his way to make us feel at home, all in all, it worked out well, we would stay again if the occasion arose."
