"You cant expect good services from this hotel. The hoteliers were just not nice, the room was just freezing , and they didn't even answer the phone. Overall, i was not happy with the facilities and the services of this hotel. So i submitted an honest review asked by hotels.com based on my dissatisfaction anonymously but they asked me exactly about my review when i checked out so it was super embarrassing. I wouldn't really recommend this hotel if you expect something that you pay for ^^"

"Amazing accommodation!! I was debating between other place but I’m glad I decided to stay at Keywest Resort. It’s located in a very convenient location, complimentary parking, easy check-in, spacious and clean room with ocean view, and easy check out!
