"Another great stay at the AAOK park. After a medical emergency, the staff were extremely helpful in securing hassle free accommodation. You just can't beat this sort of service!"

"Room was clean and comfortable. Shared bathroom and shared kitchen with stove microwave etc"

"Room was very clean & modern. Bed was ok, a/c worked well & also had a ceiling fan. Kitchen was equipped with what we needed. Did after hours check in, so didn’t deal with staff in person, but instructions were clear & easy."

"Staff were friendly. Rooms are tired but clean. Definitely worth the money though. "

"I gave a review yesterday on this property and I stated i had messaged them when first arriving due to the missing and broken things in the room I also stated they had not checked in or bothered to get back to me. Well after this review was posted yesterday they finally got back to me yet not apologising for anything just saying how they don't like how Ive been truthful and let people know what there really like. So wanted to share this with U all and say I do not recommend this hotel until the...

"Clean, modern , and convenient. Friendly staff."

"Great location and facilities."

"Title: Complete health hazard and severe security risk – DO NOT STAY HERE. Rating: 1/5 Stars (Zero stars if it were an option) I don’t normally leave reviews like this, but our stay at this Pialba property was not just appalling—it was genuinely unsafe. Between the biohazard hygiene conditions and terrifying security issues, this place is completely unfit to operate. Major Security & Safety Concerns: • Unauthorised Entry: Someone entered the property during our stay without our consent or...

"The longer I stayed, the more I appreciated this practical, well-appointed unit. Located on the quiet top floor, it was clean and exceptionally well-stocked with high-quality kitchenware and plenty of linens. The comfortable living area and perfectly timed sun on the deck were highlights. While the decor is simple and the pool/spa were too cold to use, it remains a highly functional and enjoyable vacation stay."

"Getting a key for access was a nightmare other wise oke."

"the property was very clean and the management were very helpful and friendly"

"WE EXTENDED OUR 1 WEEK STAY TO 9 NIGHTS. STAFF ARE ALL VERY FRIENDLY. PLENTY OF ROOM TO PARK CAR AND SMALL TRAILER BESIDE CABIN."

"Overpriced, floors were slimy. When we open the door the smell was unpleasant. Smelled like dead fish and bleach. Bed was uncomfortable, unit was small with damaged no the furniture and mould on the shower Curtain. At 200 / night we expected better. Might be time for the Big4 group to review who is in their group. "
