"The best thing I can say about this place is that the staff memberqho greeted me was friendly, and the bed was comfortable. That said, I was very tired after a very full day, so I probably could have fallen asleep on concrete. The room was grimy and shabby. It didn't look like it had been cleaned particularly well. Surfaces were wiped, but I don't think the carpet had been hoovered. I won't be staying there again."

Didn't like the strong smell of air freshener on the first night felt like it was an attempt to mask something as could have sworn we smelt cannabis around the landing etc the first night, gone the second night and we only stayed the two nights. "Don’t book here unless you are happy with broken furniture, stained carpets with burn marks, curtains hanging off a single hook and not covering windows. A bathroom window in the shower/bath facing the street without frosting or efficient covering. Old bed, full of lumps and ridges, only fit for the rubbish tip, stale cigarette smoke wafting through passages and random pieces of furniture and hoover in the passages. Staff catnapping in “waiting area”"

"The room was very clean with tea, coffee, milk and sugar provided. Not a great selection of teas but fine for us. The beds were comfortable and sheets clean and ironed. Small TV but that didn't bother us as we were out more than in. Good selection at breakfast with cereal, yoghurts, fruit juice. Very good cooked breakfast with several options. Tea and coffee served in your own pots. Staff really friendly."

"If I could give it zero stars I would. An absolute shambles of a place. Do not bother staying here. We are disabled and were put on the 5th floor with no access to a lift. None of bedrooms advertised online was not what we stayed in. The windows were moldy, broken, held together by tape, gap at the bottom so constant draft coming through. No soap provided in the bathroom, no mat in the shower my husband nearly slipped. No one to speak to on the front desk as everything is done via WhatsApp....

"As i turned up at the property i was put off instantly as it looked run down, there was no one at the reception i called the hotel no a few times but it just rang and then cut off. The room was basic it had a kettle no cups or anything to make a drink with not even a sink to get anw water. The mattress was thin as you turned over in bed the springs cruched as you turn. The shared bathroom was so small a large person (not being disrespectful to anyone) would find it hard to use the toilet,...

"I was supposed to get book in details by WhatsApp before 3pm Friday they didn't come. Eventually someone appeared at 3.15 in the lobby if you could call it that. A window in the inside front door had been broken and was never replaced. Got to the room it was supposed to be a double. Fair enough it had double bed and just enough room to walk around it. The bathroom stunk on stale water. Would I stay here again? NO "
