People in hallways making loud noises in the middle of the night were disruptive to sleep. Flashing security lights inside the room were disruptive as well. Front desk personnel was excellent to check in with."

The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor, the pillows were torn and visibly unclean, and the door lock was broken, creating both hygiene and safety concerns.
