"Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language. After taking our passports and handing me a key, she left abruptly without indicating the location of the room. The room itself was nice. The on site restaurant was very good, but very under staffed (maybe because it was Italian Liberatiin Day, a holiday). Breakfast and parking were fine. The Wifi did not work during our entire stay....

"To see Marolada is amazing. Albergo Malga Ciapela Is a great place to start. The hotel is simple and have everything you need. You can walk to the mountain or take the shuttle provided. "The staff was incredible all week! The views in the morning are breathtaking, located directly on the ski slope. I went there without a car and had to pay for a couple taxis which was expensive, but it was better than a weekly car rental fee. I highly recommend staying here. "Disappointed for the price. There is a new and old building for the hotel. I stayed in the old which was okay. The front desk noted there was a sauna but I could not use it because it was not in the price. The previous hotel I stayed at was less expensive and it was included. Towels were rough industrial towels for a kitchen not a bath. Breakfast was okay, breads were a bit stale. I think only a few people were staying at the hotel so the food was not as fresh. "
