"Check-in instructions weren't very clear from the start. Also, while I appreciate keeping things quiet, the noise policy felt extremely strict — it was difficult when people were coming and going at different times throughout the day and night. But overall it was a good stay"

"The staff are highly professional and notably skilled. The location sits in the heart of the city. Shared spaces remain clean and tidy, earning a strong rating for hygiene."

"We stayed at this location for our stay in Tokyo. It’s a very average hotel. They had an elevator on site and the location was very convenient for exploring Shibuya. The rooms were small; however, that is to be expected. The bed was average comfort. The bathroom was smaller than expected. Overall a good stay if your priority is to save money on lodging and spend the day exploring."

"Conveniently located a couple blocks from the action. Also located next to a Cafe and a Korean restaurant that serves the best fried chicken! Staff were very kind and friendly even though we weren't able to understand eachother fully. Room was spacious as far as japan standards go. Private bathroom with hot water and great water pressure was a plus too!"

"The hotel was in a very central area. Easy access to trains, shopping, & restaurant. Staff was accommodating to our late arrival due to flight delays. Comfortable beds! It was a good stay."

"I love that it is so quiet! You would think it would be noisy since it’s not actual rooms with walls separating the guests but it was so quiet. Also staff was super sweet and helpful! My flight got delayed so they allowed me to check in the next day at 3 AM. I still had a reservation but check-in ends at midnight so the fact that they let me do that is amazing. Totally recommend!!"
