"Staff were friendly and attentive to needs. The TV didn't work properly when we arrived. The Night Clerk couldn't fix it but provided a paper with suggestions to help. Still couldn't get the TV to work. In the morning, the Manager got right on the issue and had the maintenance crew resolve the issue ASAP. Very pleased with the efficiency of the staff. The hotel was clean and sufficient."

This hotel is kind of a dump but it’s cheap and in the suburbs so I didn’t complain when my room was so dirty I lost stuff when I dropped it and looked under the bed and saw dust bunnies and all kinds of trash in a room that smelled vaguely of smoke. The guests are apparently all obnoxious, they charge a $50 “damage deposit” which tells you about their clientele. Convenient enough for court in Lawrence and gym is nice. "I was in town for a commencement and this was the closest available affordable hotel. Ride share made it expensive but the place is clean and staff attentive. Families live in hotels these days, I was impressed by the sense of community and kindness in the shared spaces."

"Decent hotel for the money. We had a weird odor by the bed that smelled like the stuff they use to clean up throw-up. Area so-so but then it is by an airport. Yes, I would stay again if I needed to be by the airport."

"We were in town for a sox game, it was about 20 minutes away from fenway. A $30 uber, good location, right on a waterway and trail. Standard good free breakfast, coffee and tea in the lobby all day. I would definitely stay here again. We didn't get to try the restaurant, but it smelled great!"

"The gentleman at the front desk was so informative, friendly and helped us get the best rate possible. He was amazing! The room was extremely clean and supplied adequately for our one night stay(our flight that day had been cancelled). I will easily recommend this accommodation to everyone. They’ve done a nice job to upgrade and should be recognized for their efforts. We’re from Colorado and our experience here saved us so much stress! "
