"There is no front desk but communication was very well. Very responsive replies on whatsapp and on the hotline. Was a very big and spacious apartment, beautiful and comfortable, fairly clean and close to the Guixar station. If i must pick on something, it would have to be the smell when i first entered the apartment. "There was initial disagreement over how many rooms we had booked that would have been resolved quickly if a representative of the hotel were on premises. Host, who could be reached only by phone, insisted that AC worked in the hotel, when it did not. Once resolved, the AC stopped sometime in middle of night. "The smell is terrible in the rooms. It is an inescapable, pungent, odor that made me happy to check out of the room. The door hinge was rusted and broken. The towels are like sandpaper. While this hotel is well rated for cleanliness, the floor was covered in debris and what appeared to be toenail clippings. I am baffled at how this hotel receives good reviews. "
