"There is no front desk but communication was very well. Very responsive replies on whatsapp and on the hotline. Was a very big and spacious apartment, beautiful and comfortable, fairly clean and close to the Guixar station. If i must pick on something, it would have to be the smell when i first entered the apartment. While this hotel is well rated for cleanliness, the floor was covered in debris and what appeared to be toenail clippings. I am baffled at how this hotel receives good reviews. "
