The woman in the office was very accommodating, VERY SWEET and a pleasure to speak to… she genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable and had a smile on her face even though I arrived and checked in at a very late hour. She alone is the reason why I will definitely be back.. And unfortunately I forgot to get her name.. but I believe she is the owner or manager, because she cares about that establishment as if it were her own, so I would assume she is the owner. "
