"I stayed two nights in a private room, the ladies on reception were so friendly and helpful with helping book my activities, they’ve really created a welcoming and chilled vibe. The kitchen and outdoor area is lovely. There’s everything you need both in the property and nearby. "We loved Hotel Tropico! The individual cottages were cute and comfortable with amazing views. The on site restaurant was good and we were able to reserve breakfast, which was very convenient. "The room had the absolute minimum of amenities and the staff would not provide anymore as requested. The bathroom tile work was long over due for replacement and there was a long hole in the wall below the air conditioner. There was no parking and no sign to indicate where the hostel was located. We decided not to stay and the staff and manager refused to refund any portion of the charged 5 day cost. I would recomment avoiding this property completely!"
