"The room was beautiful! I stayed in the Presidential suite because the price was so good. It was a very spacious room and bathroom was large as well. I had a refrigerator in the room which was also a great thing. The room was a bit chilly and the space heater didn’t do a good job of warming it up. The staff was also sweet and helpful. The room is on a very loud and chaotic alley though and the party goes on all night."

"The staff is wonderful and service was top notch. The rooms are clean but outdated, weird room shape and there is some smell, some water on the bathroom floor.

"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...

"Cute property for a budget traveler. Staff was amazing and helpful. Location kinda loud because of hostel nearby late night music. Protected courtyard behind a walled door that is locked at night so very safe."

"Beware. This hotel has no heat. And the windows are not insulated. In winter when nights are below freezing, this is extremely unpleasant. The view was amazing, but comfort is more important. Also, we paid more for a room with one double and one twin bed, but the room we received only had two twin beds. We were too tired to argue, but we didn't get what we paid for. I would never recommend or stay here again."
