"We arrived late so had to park behind the property and there is no way to ring any of the multiple entrances to get in so had to drag our luggage all the way around the parking lot to the front door. Just asking to place a sign, phone number or doorbell to make entrances more convenient after hours. Thanks! "

"Very quite and great staff. If you want a place that's reasonably priced and close to a lot around Hendersonville then Mountain Inn and Suites would be a great hotel. The parking lot is very large and it's easy access off I26. "

"Stay was ok. The staff was friendly. Breakfast area clean and had good variety. Problems with the room. Our room had a very musty smell. Appears that the air conditioner was leaking into the carpet. Couldn’t get another room as the hotel was booked for the entirety of our stay. "
