"most of it was fine. The stains on the bedding did make for an uncomfortable sleep and stay. I do believe I did not receive my damage deposit back"

"Stayed with my partner prior to him having surgery scheduled for the next day. Given a 2nd floor room (up 15 stairs) because the elevator was out of service. Room was filthy, toilet in bathroom very dirty. Because reservation was for 2 nights put in a request for a ground floor room. This was granted and room was cleaner but the guest directly above stomped around in what could only have been steel toed boots from 10pm to 1am. Never went to a breakfast area so cannot comment, but overall opinion...

"I arrived to my room and put my coffee on the table-it was broken. Good thing I caught the table from falling to the floor. The bed was a double and not a queen, no instant coffee or tea in the room, only a kettle. If you want a really basic and cheap motel for an overnight stay, this is definitely it. "

"The room was quaint, cute, clean and well maintained. The owners are very warm, friendly, and readily available to your needs. I opted into breakfast and for $6 they fed me well :) Can't beat the price and it gets the job done! The owners are good people."

"This property is no longer a motel! It has been converted into apartments, in a very sketchy area of town. One of the residents told me that the property owner has left this listing on Expedia so they can get money from people who pay in advance, with no chance of getting a refund. DO NOT BOOK HERE!"

"Our room was in a separate house from the office and owners' living space. Three rooms. Ours was a 4-person room. Two large clean beds. The other rooms were unoccupied during our stay, so it was very peaceful, good for privacy. Polite hotel owners."
