"I arrived to my room and put my coffee on the table-it was broken. Good thing I caught the table from falling to the floor. The bed was a double and not a queen, no instant coffee or tea in the room, only a kettle. If you want a really basic and cheap motel for an overnight stay, this is definitely it. "

"This is an inexpensive alternative to staying in a motel. It is a university residence so microwave and TV were downstairs in a student lounge and you do have to share a common bathroom/shower down a short hallway but it was clean and it appears there were no other people in the wing where I was staying so privacy or noise were not issues. I didn't need to go to the TV room downstairs thanks to the free WiFi in the room so I just watched my laptop online programs and movies before settling in...

"Our room was in a separate house from the office and owners' living space. Three rooms. Ours was a 4-person room. Two large clean beds. The other rooms were unoccupied during our stay, so it was very peaceful, good for privacy. Polite hotel owners."
