"Great parking. Near to the city. Easy check in and very welcoming but our room was tired and the bathroom was not very clean. The bedding and towels were clean but I thought that one pillow per person wasn’t sufficient. Biscuits in the room was a nice touch."

"The staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for you, but it had lots wrong in our rooms, hairdryer didn't work/ over bed lights weren't even connected in, in the other room i booked the shower shot out at every angle/ there was only 1 shower door on so the water ended up all over the toilet & bathroom, & it was more like a shoe box than a room the size of it"

"Worst so called hotel ever,wouldn’t deem it fit for prisoners. Firstly took over an hour to access as there’s no staff on site despite claims there is staff. Smashed tv with broken glass,kettle didn’t work and kept switching off,no smoke alarm,huge crack in the outside pane of the window,hole in the bathroom door, the room was beyond freezing,shower didn’t work,uncomfortable bed full of springs,pillows paper thin,and no proper duvet just a paper thin shiny sheet. "IT'S A SCAM HOTEL, It's totally run down with the local council shut down and a locked notice on the front door. I couldn't even step in because the frontage was dirty, broken, old and overground with weed. A man came out with his stuff and said he was also scammed and had to go sleep in his car for the night. Horrible"

"Photos don't do this place justice. I had a very comfortable stay in their cosy studio. Very clean. High quality bedding. Plenty channels on the smart tv. Fast reliable wifi and good cooking facilities."

"Great stay! The staff were super friendly, helpful, and responded very quickly. The rooms are neat and tidy, and while not very big, they’re perfectly adequate for one person. The communal area with an air fryer and microwave is also very convenient. It’s also just a minute walk to the beach! Very good location. Overall, a lovely place for a solo stay!"

"Do not book with this hotel. It has been closed down since 2023 and the company are still taking peoples money. I had to threaten them with the Police to receive a refund. They are part of the OYO group which is situated in India. They have at least 4 hotels in Great Yarmouth that are all closed down and are still taking bookings "
