"This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The listing is misleading because it only shows the interior and does not accurately represent the entrance or surrounding area. Had I seen the outside, I would never have booked this hotel. We arrived after 1:00 a.m. and found numerous homeless individuals outside the entrance. The hotel even instructs guests to use a different entrance at night and buzz to get in because unauthorized people try to enter the building. The parking area...
