"The room was clean but the room had ants. We found ants on the table after we got back to our room. We did not leave any food on the table. The front door of the room had to slammed closed as the door was not square. The elevators had broken lights and buttons. The elevators also had a very strong smell of dampness. "Avoid this hotel at ALL costs. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel, however, for $220 a night I also wasn’t expecting silverfish bugs in my bed, 3 of them. Additionally, the room was just filthy. I have been blatantly ignored by the hotel when trying to voice my concerns and request a refund. Just avoid and pay cheaper to go somewhere that will actually be better."
