"Staff was super friendly and helpful. Although renovated, carpets are still filthy Really the only complaint though would be that the walls and floors are super thin. Sad when you can hear people above you using the washroom. I would stay again for the price though. Continental breakfast was great "

We had a bad experience with 2 other hotels in the area and it was very reassuring to stay here after. Thank you Ms.Donna and the Fairfield inn, we will be staying here everytime we visit Binghamton! "The room was very neat and clean, and the bathroom very nice too. Most pleasant was how simple, quiet, and responsive the AC/Heater unit was. When we turned the thermostat up, we heard it change from AC to heat right away. The window had a daytime shade and a nighttime shade. The view of the river was serene. Breakfast buffet was great! The snack room had a large variety of items and drinks."
