"The proximity to Cades Cove was great. Bathroom needed some updating. For the price I expected the room to be nicer. Beds were great. In room coffee would be nice."

"Our stay was for two nights. The room was clean and fresh. The staff at the desk was courteous and very helpful as we checked in. The cleaning staff was prompt and did an excellent job. The breakfast room was well supplied with many options. The only problem was that there was no elevator to the second floor and my wife who has knee problems had to climb up and down the stairs."
