Perfect staff property location cleanliness zero noise great restaurants out the front door excellent

Very satisfied with my stay great place for couples and families recommended it. super clean felt very welcomed and great staff. I would definitely come back.

En general todo muy limpio y siempre atentos, con muy buena ubicación para disfrutar de las vacaciones.

We loved everything about this little piece of hidden paradise. Staff was communicative and helpful, also very kind. Our room was comfortable, and clean. Definitely, coming back.

The neighborhood is quiet and away from the crowds. The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations.

Juan our host was kind and chill no problem what’s so ever. When we checked out, it almost felt like a family member was saying good bye to us.

Unassuming from the outside, what awaits inside is more of the same, but with a minimal, spa-like feel. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms and common areas are clean and inviting. The location can feel a bit suspect at night , though not threatening, but this gives way to a pleasant and almost park-esque mood during the day. A great value I doubt can be beat in PDC.

Modern, well equipped, clean and comfortable.

All you need to know: hotel Ganesh is a hidden gem! My husband and I stayed at hotel Ganesh and truly had an amazing stay. It was our first time visiting Tulum and Mexico in general. To be honest, I was a little nervous for our stay after hearing about the reviews regarding the loud music since I am a very light sleeper and like to go to bed early. So if you are worried about that, don’t be! Once you’re inside your room it’s quiet and we were able to stay asleep no problem. The hotel is located...

The property is gorgeous but not conveniently located. You have to rent a taxi, bike, or scooter to get around Tulum. Lots of restaurants nearby but very expensive.

This place is a hidden gem. I booked three rooms: one regular room with 2 queens, one room with private pool, and one with a private hot tub. That were all fantastic, the staff were so cheerful and helpful, and the property is intimate and breathtakingly beautiful.

The best place I’ve ever visited. Excellent service and a magnificent staff, always attentive and ready to help. Everything was excellent. ✨🤍

Small hotel with friendly owner. Easy to meet people. Usually know repeat travelers which makes it feel more like home.

We recently stayed at this place and our stay was quite comfortable and pleasant. The facilities are recent and very attractive, but above all the attention of the staff, from security, front desk and housekeeper very attentive and friendly. We will definitely come back.

Staying at the Suites Fenicia was more like staying with family friends than it was staying at a hotel. Although we were only there for two nights we felt like we were welcomed to this quiet and charming location by old friends. Tony and Laury were wonderful hosts. The hotel itself doesn't feel like a hotel. From the beautiful pool to the comfortable rooms, it really feels like a cozy home away from home. It is a 10 minute walk to a small, quiet beach and also a 10 minute walk to the shopping...

Excellent staff and clean rooms.

Todo muy bien Trankilo i Cómodo
