"First impression when walking through the front door was a cigarette smell and dirty foyer. The rug inside the door was faded and dirty. The tile floor was dirty and cracked. The room smelled of cigarette smoke but was a non-smoking room. The tile shower was dirty. Entire room needs updated. Would not recommend this hotel."

"All I can say is staff was really nice and helpful. We had dirty towels, no hand soap, no shower toiletries, no bath floor mat, missing the door top lock and floors were dirty. Worse thing was our room key stopped working. Maintenance staff was awesome knowing the key pad needed a refresh. Great location to go to Ohio State game."
