"The room had been painted the night before which gave me a huge headache and made my eyes water within 5 mins. They changed my room for this night but told me they would put me back in the toxic room the following. When I told them I would not go back to this room they told me they would put my belongings back in the toxic room while I was away without my say so. Of course I booked out the next day and they will not give me a refund. Please avoid!"

"Easy Hotel South Kensington is my home away from home when I go to London. The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful - and it is hard to beat the price. Sure it is not the Ritz but even when I have stayed in much more expensive accommodation - while there may be more amenities available - I rarely use them and I sleep jsut as comfortably at the Easy Hotel as I do at the most expensive hotel I have ever stayed at - and at the same time save money in a convenient location wth great staff."
