"The best thing about this property is the proximity to public transit. However, the city center is known to be filled with pick pockets and hustlers. Knowing this, we purchased pepper spray and purposely divided our money for safety. We never expected to be robbed by hotel staff which is exactly what happened. $180 Euro was taken while we were out for the day and the room was cleaned. Bags were moved and zipper placements were changed so we know each bag was searched. Very disappointed by hotel...

"The hotel is nice enough, but could use a little TLC. Lovely pool area was a welcome highlight after a hot day at Pompeii. Breakfast was fine, although a little lacking in variety. The coffee, however, was outstanding! Our room had a balcony with a drying rack — ideal both for bathing suits and a little bit of laundry.. The only complaints were the AC — it works well enough, but temperature and fan speed , could not be adjusted and the shower. Be prepared for an older European-style...
