"The bathroom and "closet" were a problem, outdated and not very functional. The closet was a joke - hangers for clothes useless for long items. No heat in bathroom and it was COLD. The HVAC system was complicated to use and not very effective. The bed was made with a stupid Duvet with a useless sheet on top of it - very hard to get in and out. There is no place to eat breakfast, even a vending machine. Parking was an extra $10/night. Location was pretty good and price reasonable."

"Staff is exceptional and it’s such a cool, fun vibe there. Breakfast is soooo good. We love this place!"

"Good location ToalTomasita Restaurant (10 minute walk). Check in was a problem. I arrived at 4:15 PM and there was a sign on the door saying they would be back momentarily. After more than a 30+ minute wait, the day receptionist drove up and opened the door to start check in's. There were 3 of us waiting. "This is not a holiday Inn I'm used to. Very old remodeled building. Smells ,,poor staff,,Bad area of town. Dont stay here"

"The room was spacious, very clean and updated/remodeled. Area was very quiet and safe."

"This is a small, gorgeous inn about a 5 -10 minute walk from the major museums and other sites. It is so comfortable and beautifully set up. We also had a kitchenette where we could prepare simple meals or eat takeout food. The breakfast included had several choices & there was plenty of it. Good coffee and they offer the famous NM biscuit cookies. We would definitely stay here again. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough superlatives about this place. We travel...

"Staff was very accommodating and nice."

"The Cottonwood is a bit of nostalgia that has been nicely remodeled. It’s bargain lodging in a enchanted city and close to downtown. I enjoyed having a mini fridge, a microwave, and convenient parking. The wifi was inconsistent but other than that, it’s perfect for an overnight or two."

"Great sweet"
