"Meager amenities, bare necessities, linen quality thin and battered looks dirty, and stained visuals. Linen needed to be newer and crisp. Cleanliness needs improvement old fixtures and bathroom needs refurbishing."

"The manager and staff at this property absolutely ABHOR Expedia customers. They REFUSED to help change a room because I didn't book directly with them. The manager told me she COULD help me if I had booked directly, but WOULDN'T help me because I booked with Expedia. They then LIED to Expedia when Expedia called to make the change. I had the absolutely WORST hotel experience in my entire life (and I travel a lot). The staff was ABUSIVE. I DID NOT end up staying the 2 nights I booked because I...

"The property and room were very accommodating. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and kitchenette. It is not a bad choice. It was quiet and easy to get around Santa Fe from the hotel."

"Room and staff are good. Breakfast was bad. Check in process was bad and took a long time. Price was good."

"The Cottonwood is a bit of nostalgia that has been nicely remodeled. It’s bargain lodging in a enchanted city and close to downtown. I enjoyed having a mini fridge, a microwave, and convenient parking. The wifi was inconsistent but other than that, it’s perfect for an overnight or two."

"Great sweet"

"Good service nice breakfast unique hotel"

"Very nice and clean. Parking lot was a bit farther from expected, still convenient. It’s a self check in/out. Very quiet overall."

"Great traditional casita with modern amenities. Very comfortable for two, whether you want to stay in or enjoy the nightlife. Everything was very walkable."
