"Although the area is a bit out of the city centre, you'll be in the hotel within 1 hour using 2 tram lines. The hotel's location is abandoned, including a huge building next to it. I wouldn't walk around at night. The staff is amiable and helpful. My room didn't have a window and I needed to climb up to my double bed which was an interesting experience. "One particular staff (mexican guy, sorry I forgot your name) was super friendly and always eager to help. The others were not that bothered to be friendly or help. Unfortunately there was a mistake on their part with the laundry booking and the hotel did not do anything to accommodate and we had to leave the hotel without sorting it out."
