"The Check In process was brutal. I checked in at 4 pm on Sunday of my stay and there was a lineup that eventually resulted in over 30 people + crowding into the registration area and the entryway. It was stifling hot and in the event of emergency a very unsafe situation. There was only one person checking in guests and since several guests had not made reservations, the line moved slowly and got progressively worse. I waited 40 minutes to check in. This must be addressed immediately. ...
