"Staff members were pleasant, professional, and helpful. We arrived early but were able to check-in early without an additional charge. Room was small, but listed as petite so that was expected. It was certainly adequate and toiletry items were of a nice quality. Coffee was provided in the lobby for free from 6am to 2pm, if I remember correctly. "The location is next to Interatate 5, which does not help that the ramp to get to I-5 you have cars revving their engines to get to speed. This causing some pretty loud noise outside."

"I've stayed here before so I knew the Moore hotel is great for location and service. Its an easy walk ftom Westlake station and Pike Market (depending if you're going downhill or uphill!!). My room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Reception staff were friendly. Its an older hotel but is maintained. My only gripe was my surrounding neighbours with loud tv until 1am but its not the hotel's fault they have inconsiderate visitors! I'd return here for a third visit"

"Nice, clean very older hotel. But price for the conditions. No air conditioning. So if you visit in the summer, be prepared to sweat it out. Spring, winter, fall is a good time to visit. Great if you need to stay at the hospital. Access to Virginia Mason. There is no parking, so that’s a challenge for everyone in the city. you’ll definitely need to Uber to any place of significance in Seattle. However, Uber is about $10-$15 to any place in Seattle."

"Overall a positive experience. My only recommendations are to change out the shampoo, conditioner and bath wash dispensers...for easier flow, and to change the coffee pot for a Keurig..easy single use. Would recommend this hotel"
