"Tje staff was on point! Check-in was a breeze and the bed was the best hotel bed i have ever been in! The pillows were bliss!! Its like to room was tailored just for my personal preferences. The only let down was there wasnt a room darkening screen on the window. There was a sheer that obstructed view from outside but you'd never sleep in on a sunny day. The staff was extremely froendly and knowledgeable and ready to assost woth anything you might need."

"The location was perfect for what we had planned for the weekend. The main floor was well decorated and more modern than the 3rd floor where our room was. We did not use any amenities such as the pool, hot tub or gym. There was no working ice machine on the 3rd floor. Our room seemed extra small for 3 adults and very dated. The cleanliness wasn’t too bad, but truly not great. I was shocked to see we were given stained bath towels and wash clothes. The queen beds were very comfortable. ...

"Very comfortable room. If you like your hotel in a very quiet, countryside setting this is the place for you. Restaurants are are attached and don’t have to leave at all if you don’t want to. Great family setting."

"The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating! With the property so close to the timeline between eastern and central, possibly list it's time zone. We arrived an hour early for check in after driving a very long time. The staff tried to find us another room, but it wasn't possible with our needs. The exterior of the building was not great, but that didn't affect the stay, weeds and broken building parts, nasty ashtray on top of the garbage can right outside the front door."

"I love this stay. I stayed last summer, and would honestly say, of all the traveling I do, Alexander's Landing is a favorite. This last stay, in November was different and all related to the temperature of the room. The temp is controlled by the Nest system under lock and key. We were hot, uncomfortable sleeping hot. "listen it's no five star motel but if you're looking for somewhere cheap and good enough this is your place! I would've given it another star if it didn't have a whole bunch of splatter marks from drinks all over the walls. and the air conditioning somehow only worked some of the time. Room gets warm and stuffy"

"We have stayed here several times as it is close to family, no frills, just a good place to stay. I t is updated and gets better every time. Price is right and staff is great! Cant go wrong....and just off the highway...This place was so much cleaner than other top notch places we have staed at."

"Run down, poor condition, missing essential safety and comfort items. Crawling with little biting bugs. Didn’t sleep a wink. Awful. I have pictures and videos. Smoke alarm missing. Mattress and box spring on floor, security chain broken off, dead bolt does not engage, no peephole, no chair of any kind to even wedge under doorknob. Want a refund!"
