We were in room 2 and it was nice, clean and convenient. However, the noise from the people above us was soooooooo bad. Also the sofa bed was ridiculously uncomfortable.

Room #2 was well appointed and clean. We were unable to access the pool due to large number of people who spent the entire evening yelling, throwing each other around the pool. I was visiting from Colorado. This was a chance to get together with my family, who lives in the area, and celebrate a birthday. When I left the deck for a few minutes to go to my room, other visitors chased my 3 teenaged nieces and nephews off the deck, questioning their right to play corn hole there. We were not informed, in any way, about use of water toys on the premises. This is not a venue that is handicapped accessible in any way.

The location and setting was great. Only complaint was we were in room 7 and room 6 was an adjoining room. We could hear EVERYTHING and even kinda peak through the door and I assume they could hear us?? I wear earplugs to sleep so not that bad. The location and view were AMAZING! If o get the chance to come back I would still take 7 despite room 6

Cons-only five parking spots, the next spot says reserved for the next hotel. Then they have the audacity to email you saying they’re not responsible if your car gets towed. I conveniently got that email within 30 minutes of us returning to the hotel and parked. -Con don’t recommend first floor, you can hear every footstep on the second floor. -Con The freaking door did not lock. Zero safety, I took a video, but I don’t believe I can post it. Wasn’t that worried being that it was wintertime, but if there were people walking everywhere, absolutely not. -Pro if you’re going to Indiana Beach, you can’t get closer -Pro the room was absolutely beautiful super clean

It was even better then I expected! Extremely beautiful! We stayed during the "off season" and it was just so calming and beautiful! We are definitely going to be staying here again! Next time with the kids they would love it here

It was the previous owners. Not the current. The accommodations were not as listed. Very, very, rough. The new owners were excellent. Can't blame them. But geez. The listing was completely misleading. I hope the owners clean it up.

Very clean. Walking distance to Indiana Beach park. The motel provided dishes, cutlery, gas & charcoal grills, kayaks,pool,hot tub and a nice deck on the lake.

Hi, me and my kids had a fantastic stay here. If you are looking for a cozy spot to hang out with friends and family this is hotel your looking for! The fun watercrafts were a bonus and there were free life vests. And the fact that we could walk to Indiana State Beach was another bonus! But the parking was a bit inconvenient. Me and my family would totally stay here again! 8/10

I liked that the place was clean, had contactless check-in, was within walking distance to Indiana Beach, and had a nice deck lakeside. I did not like that they don't have enough parking for all the rooms so we had to park up in the Indiana Beach free parking lot away from our room.
