"The bed was so uncomfortable and worn that it felt like we were sleeping in a hole in the mattress. The facility glass doors going to the gym had finger prints and marks and smears on it like it never was wiped clean. The breakfast was pretty low end the potatoes tasted like plastic and are cooked in plastic bags."

"Hotel is on Allen Street which is a short cut/dragway for locals...very noisy street all night long! The other side of the hotel faces the parking lot/smoking area which can be very unpleasant if you have any reactions to cigarette smoke. TV package only carried one local network out of Burlington so up to date weather reports were unavailable during a statewide flood and tornado watch while we were there. Hotel personnel were great and breakfast was great...just a noisy smoky place."

"Crummy and beat up old Super 8. Really tired and not taken care of. Not the best motel experience I've had. Not was it terrible. Fine as a last resort. Lots of broken and worn and rickety stuff. Bed was comfortable though."

"Amazing hot pool, great staff, another marvelous stay very close to the mountain and plenty of other activities. Laundry room is clutch (coin operated machines, change available at front desk). The wife had an injury and wasn't able to navigate stairs all that well, the front desk was understanding and were kind enough to move our room to the main floor, requiring no stairs, while the elevator was being worked on. New ownership is busy making some upgrades and maintenance and hopefully the vibes...

"As a dog owner, this was the perfect stay. It is so convenient to have your car right there. The AC worked VERY well and the room was tidy, beautiful, and well kept. Everything worked great and appreciated the coffee in the morning! Just note you may not have great cell service, so knowing your room and code prior to arrival is very helpful to note down. Will definitely consider staying again!"

"The reception area had a funky smell when we arrived. The carpeting etc. in the hallways needs updating, walls need painting. I would not even bother to leave a negative review about that, however, but the room was not up to anyone's standards for clean. They did a decent job in the bathroom area but that is about it. I thought maybe they were short-staffed but there were staff members all over the place. I have to believe that no one is checking the cleanliness of the rooms. Every surface was...
