"The Hotel is at a brilliant location for ski in/out! The room was simple but functional- everything worked fine apart from the heating ( underfloor and not to regulate for us) which was too warm! There is a good skiroom with lockers! The breakfast and dinners were very good with plenty of choices for starters/ salad/ soup/ great choices for mains and cheese and wine ob tap! As the skipass was also included a really good value for money! The staff is also very nice and helpful! We will be back!"

"We enjoyed our 6 days at the hotel. Our car broke down on the 1st day but the owners, Pascal and and Stephanie were very helpful to find out the local garage and helped our communication with the garage employee as we don’t speak French. The bed was comfortable and we had every day a hot shower which helped relaxing our muscles after skiing. The only minor improvement would to be starting dinner at 7 PM. Currently they serve dinner at 7:30PM and we were hungry since 6:30PM. "

"I stayed in Jan and we had lot of snow - probably ~60cm everywhere which was not cleaned so it was very difficult to park on the street. In this hotel I felt isolated from the town centre and cafes and shops. The hotel is very basic and my double room was tiny, too small even for a single occupant. The hot water ran out first day we came back from skiing and I had to take a cold shower after spending the whole day on snow. If I go again to Saint Gervais, which is really beautiful and charming...

"Fairly basic hotel, 10 minutes out of town. Seems to appeal to French families with children & provides entertainment each evening. Two items on their website found not to be true. Ski in ski out! Only for x-country. Free breakfast turned out to be €7 pp. "
