"The staff was extraordinary! They are super friendly and helpful! There was a nice breakfast everyday and cookies every afternoon. But there was a definite unpleasant order, (much like a sewer had backed up and never got thoroughly cleaned out) in the hallway. "I highly recommend this Holiday Inn Progreso of its amazing buffet breakfast and great comfortable beds while our stay. Above great wait staff. We surely again most definitely will return in the near future 👍🏼 Muchas gracias Holiday Inn 😁"

"The room needed to be deep cleaned and maintenance. There where red ants coming out from the cracks under the countertop and cabinets in the kitchen area. Mattresses stained. Need to be deep cleaned. No ice machine. No continental breakfast. Staff was nice but not helpful. Asked the front desk twice on two separate days of my stay, if they could service the room so it can be clean. They said okay but no one ever showed up to service the room."

"La mayor parte del tiempo no había personal en el front desk. Y el segundo día, desayuno solo tenía waffles"
