Trouble checking in at first, but clerk finally found envelope with my name on it with key. Need to find better way to ensure easier check in. "Happy with our room however on the booking it said there were 3 pools which we were looking forward to. They did not look like the pictures and were very dirty so we couldn’t go in them. 2 of them were also closed. Work was also going and so there was a lot of noise. Good breakfast options! "
