"Budget hotel at a budget price in a great location. Close to groceries and restaurants, nice walk on the pier to the ocean. The room is very sparse and basic but good value"

"Me, my mum and my teenage daughter stayed for one night and we really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable, very spacious and clean for two of us in a twin. There is no elevator, so they changed our room straight away to being on a lower floor for my mum. The front desk has someone there 24 hours which was great as we could come and go whenever and didnt need to worry about coming back late after the theatre. The earlier check in...

"Handy for train stations, 20 minute walk to shops and bars Staff friendly, room cleaned with fresh towel daily"

"The hotel rooms are a bit tired for the rate charged. On site parking is convenient but very tight when full. Good central location."

"The building is run down, But is well maintained by the staff. Def need the bar back."

There were stains everywhere in the room, on the ironing board, floors and curtains. The room was unbearably hot with one fan which did nothing to cool it down. There was one window which again did nothing to cool the room down. The glasses left in the room were filthy and unusable, the kettle and the WiFi did not work. The bathroom smelt really strongly of the...

"Room was clean and very Quiet! Considering it was a 10 minute walk to Bristol Airport. It was a bit difficult to contact the owner for instructions on how to get into the room. Price was great"
