"Everything was nice accept for check-in. Though we'd booked our room hours before, I was told at 10pm that they needed to prep a room for us... So I had to wait...then they couldn't find key cards and I waited longer. It seemed like organization could be improved. "

"The staff was great! The room was clean and good size. The only down side was that it had a swimming pool and thats why we booked it. When we arrived we seen they had a pool but it was coverd up. So i asked about it. They said there is a pool but it was from the previous owner of the hotel. They need not to list they have a pool if they plan on not using it. I was so excited when we booked this hotel because it had a pool so that was the down side of it. "

"For downtown in the city, parking was very convenient. Hotel was clean, no issues. Was disappointed that the waffles were not fresh {pre packaged} but not a deal breaker. Back view of the hotel was cool - you can see the arch, union station, Farris wheel, soccer stadiums, etc."

The negative thing I noticed in our room is that it needs more cleaning… carpets sure needs to be shampooed & furniture needs wiping … But overall it was okay "
