"Ta👌"

"Location was excellent. Bathroom excellent. One cooking pot for kitchen, no ironing board and iron, bedside table broken, kitchen cupboard doors broken, no Sky on TV. Reception area not staffed and hard to get service."

"No phone no on wesite No one at reception, x3 people on ph. Before getting access to unit. Very cold night no blankets. Difficult o get out of car park. Booked via Expedia & difficult to contact anyone yo change date."

"Room was dirty and stained throughout. The cupboard in our room had a large pile of dirty towels that had been thrown in there wet, and dried in a pile, as well as belongings from past guests piled up. Bedding was stained throughout. No soap at handbasin. Shower gel and shampoo in shower was about a third full and very watery. Fridge wasn't working throughout stay."

"It was all ok"

"Room was refurbished on the inside but the fit and finish was sub par - to the point where security was a concern for me. Most concerning was the flimsy thin ply patched over the main entrance door. The door between the lounge and bedroom wouldn’t shut due to bad fit / installation. Big gaps between the external sliding door and wall create drafts for wind and extra outside noise"
