"A cheap and cheerful night on the outskirts of Derby. The hotel is rather hidden away and not well signposted. I checked in, room was clean with tea/coffee available. The rooms are single storey, bungalow style There is parking right outside of the rooms"

"Room service from the main restaurant available. Room was pretty quiet overnight, bed was firm which was our preference"

"I stayed there for a night. There wasnt any door to use the bathroom, no toiletries. Dirty Towels . Staff helpful.! However, the room was heated, upon asking- got some soap and shower gel. Location - close to things and about 10 min. Drive to city center."

"the shower wasn't working plugs in the rooms were terrible its was all very bad experience though 🙃"

"Nice, basic room. Kitchen well-equipped ut a bit of a trek to the back of the house. Very convenient for Trent Bridge cricket ground"

"Really pleasant stay at the Pine Lodge and Restaurant in Mansfield. The place was spotlessly clean throughout and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The full English breakfast was excellent — fresh, well cooked, and properly done. A solid choice if you’re in the area."

"I enjoyed my stay"

"A handy spot in the center of town. Only discrepancy was a bunch of takeaway bags behind the door the cleaners missed, however it was no problem for me to put in the bin. Lovely rooms, comfy beds and bathroom was great. Staff were lovely and able to give a friendly chat and directions to the room."

"Standard of accomadation clean and tidy, and a very fair price, all in all ideal for our one night stop over, proprietor servers a great pint of beer."

"Staff? What staff. Place was filthy"

"Not the cleanest of places. Strange smell to the room. I would not stay again."

"This was a scam. No email was ever received from the property with check-in instructions and they never responded to messages or calls. We ended up having to book different hotels and am trying to get a refund from hotels.com"

"Overall the room was pretty clean however there were no hot water or heating in the room, I did complain about this but nothing was done. Plenty of parking available."

"Decent on paper, disappointing in reality. The room looked fine in the photos but fell short in person. We were on the ground floor and arrived to a strong smell of cigarettes - the throw blanket had a burn hole in it, suggesting a previous guest had smoked despite the advertised £100 fine. There was pink staining on the shower floor and the only chair had a broken spindle on the back - when I went to move it, the top rail separated entirely from the remaining spindles and I had to pop it back...
